Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Program Inspirasi Guru di MAN 1 Nagan Raya Aceh

Abstrak

Human resource management is one of the key factors in improving educational quality through the development of teachers' competence and professionalism. This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management through the Teacher Inspiration Program and evaluate its impact on improving teachers' competence and performance at MAN 1 Nagan Raya, Aceh. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principal, program coordinator, and teachers, as well as document analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that human resource management within the Teacher Inspiration Program has been implemented systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The program has enhanced teachers' participation in professional development activities, strengthened a collaborative work culture, and improved pedagogical, professional, and social competencies, as well as creativity in the teaching and learning process. Furthermore, the program has positively influenced teachers' work motivation, discipline, and commitment to improving the quality of educational services. This study concludes that the Teacher Inspiration Program is an effective human resource management strategy for promoting teachers' professional development and improving educational quality at MAN 1 Nagan Raya, Aceh. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other Islamic schools in implementing similar school-based teacher development programs.
