Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) are traditional Islamic educational institutions that play a vital role in shaping students’ character and morals through the study of the Qur’an, Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah, and ethics. Dayah Ikhwanul Muslimin in North Aceh is an Islamic educational institution that applies the salafiyah approach with a curriculum based on classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) and muhadharah activities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of curriculum management in relation to the achievement of institutional goals. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, using observation, interviews, and documentation involving administrators, teachers, and students. The results show that curriculum management at Dayah Ikhwanul Muslimin has been carried out through stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation based on Islamic values. The curriculum not only emphasizes academic aspects but also focuses on the development of students’ spirituality, social awareness, and practical skills. However, the institution still faces challenges such as limited teaching staff, inadequate facilities, and minimal integration of technology in learning. Improvement efforts are undertaken through continuous evaluation, teacher competency development, and curriculum adaptation to maintain relevance with contemporary needs. The study concludes that effective curriculum management is a key factor in achieving the institution’s goals of producing knowledgeable, ethical, and socially responsible Muslim generations.
