The Influence of Participative Leadership and Public Relations Management on the Quality of Education at Darul Aitami Private Junior High School

This study aims to examine the influence of participative leadership and public relations management on the quality of education at Darul Aitami Private Junior High School. A total of 40 respondents were purposively selected using a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a set of questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the SPSS program. The descriptive results indicated that respondents agreed that participative leadership and public relations management contributed to the improvement of educational quality. Based on the mean scores, the highest value was found in the education quality variable (mean = 4.09), followed by the public relations management variable (mean = 4.01), and the participative leadership variable (mean = 4.00). The inferential analysis showed that participative leadership had a modest influence on education quality, contributing 14%. Meanwhile, public relations management demonstrated a very low level of influence on education quality, contributing only 0.1%. However, when analyzed simultaneously, participative leadership and public relations management together had a modest combined influence on education quality, with a contribution of 15% at Darul Aitami Private Junior High School.
