The Role of Foundation Financial Management in Improving the Quality of Education at Ruman Aceh Kindergarten

This study aims to analyze the role of foundation financial management in improving the quality of education at Ruman Aceh Kindergarten (TK Ruman Aceh). The research focuses on how well-planned, transparent, and accountable financial management contributes to enhancing the quality of educational services. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with foundation administrators, the principal, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as through the examination of financial documents and annual budget reports. Data analysis was conducted interactively through processes of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of effective financial management has a significant impact on improving the quality of education at TK Ruman Aceh. Systematic budget planning and transparent fund management promote the enhancement of curriculum quality, professional development of teachers, and improvement of school facilities and infrastructure. Moreover, consistent accountability practices foster trust among donors and stakeholders, thereby strengthening the sustainability of educational programs. The study concludes that effective foundation financial management is a strategic component in developing the quality of early childhood education. Therefore, strengthening a transparent and efficient financial system should be continuously pursued to ensure the sustainability and excellence of education at TK Ruman Aceh.
