This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning management at Dayah Al-Ihsaniyah Al-Aziziyah in North Aceh. Learning management is an essential component in improving the quality of education, particularly in Islamic boarding schools (dayah) that integrate religious and general sciences. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that learning management at Dayah Al-Ihsaniyah Al-Aziziyah consists of structured planning, effective implementation, and comprehensive evaluation processes guided by Islamic principles. Teachers play a central role in managing learning activities, while students are encouraged to actively participate in both classroom and extracurricular programs. The dayah combines classical learning models with modern teaching methods to enhance students’ understanding and engagement. Despite positive outcomes, several challenges persist, including limited learning facilities, insufficient teaching resources, and the need for professional development among educators. Nevertheless, the implementation of learning management in this institution has been generally effective in achieving educational objectives. It not only strengthens students’ cognitive and spiritual competencies but also fosters discipline, responsibility, and moral values in the learning process.
